Danny B. McPike, 59, of Bedford, IN, died on Monday, June 28, 2010, at 5:10 p.m. at home, peacefully, with family and friends, following a lengthy illness. He was born on July 26, 1950 in Bedford, to Kenneth B. and Vera OwenMcPike. He was a graduate of Bedford High School, Class of 1968; and then received a degree from Honda Mechanic School in Paducah, KY. He was a self-employed motorcycle mechanic. He was of Christian Faith, and a member of the Moose Lodge #689, Bedford. Survivors include 2 brothers: Larry McPike of Bedford and John Owen Linda K. McPike of Bedford; 1 daughter; 2 grandchildren; and 3 nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. Funeral services will be Thursday, July 1, at 1:00 p.m. at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home, with visitation on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery.
