Shirley E. Beaver Haymaker, 83, of Bedford, died at 10:17 A.M. on Monday, January 20, 2014, at St. Vincent Dunn Hospital, Bedford.Born April 2, 1930 in Marion County, Indiana, she was the daughter of Lester L. Beaver and Edna F. Phillips Beaver.She married G. Ray Haymaker on August 2, 1963; and he preceded her in death on April 25, 1999.She was a graduate of Warren Central High School and a graduate of Indianapolis Business School-Northwood Institute. She was self-employed as a seamstress.Surviving are three daughters, Joyce Green, Olympia, WA, Patricia Graves, Mitchell, IN, and Susan Harmon, Mitchell, IN; two sons, Daniel Livingston, Haysville, IN, Robert Haymaker, Mitchell, IN; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins; two brothers, Lester Lee Beaver and Phil Beaver; and one sister Joan Sanders.She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; three step-sons; and two sisters.Funeral service will be on Wednesday, January 22, 2014, at 1:00 P.M. at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home, with Sister Becky Ryan officiating. There will be a private burial at Green Hill Cemetery at a later date.Friends may call on Wednesday, 10:00-1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
