Charlotte Ann Ross May 11, 1944 - June 2, 2020Charlotte Ann Ross, 76, of Mitchell passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at IU Health Hospital-Bloomington.Born May 11, 1944 in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of Frank Riggle, Doris (Terrell) Riggle-Elliot and stepfather, John Elliot.She married Jerry Ross on October 25, 1961 and he survives.She attended Silverville Baptist Church.
