Hamilton, 92, Mitchell, died at 2:08 a.m. Tuesday at Bedford Regional Medical Center in Bedford.She was born April 2, 1918, in Mitchell, the daughter of Richard and Florence Albertson Little. She married Thayer E. "Ham" Hamilton on Oct. 19, 1935, and he preceded her in death on July 1, 1993.She was a homemaker and a member of Tulip Street Christian Church.Survivors include one son, Danny Joe Hamilton of Mitchell; one daughter, Dorothy Jane Davis of Orleans; a sister, Marie McCoy of Mitchell; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; three brothers, Ed, Johnny and Walter Little; and three sisters, Bessie Murr, Mary Phillips, and Baby Janie.Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Ferguson-Lee, Inc., Haverly Chapel in Mitchell, with Pastor Dwight Dunbar officiating. Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery.Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Friday at the Haverly Chapel.
