Frances C. Ramsden, 97, of Bedford, passed away at her residence at 6:45 am on May 2, 2022. Born on May 15, 1924, Frances was the daughter of Edward and Frances Regina (Hauser) Secker. She married Hedley "Kenneth" Ramsden on May 25, 1946, and he preceded her in death.Frances worked at the Cracker Jack factory in accounting and for Argo Corn Products. A devout Roman Catholic, Frances was a talented seamstress, book lover, and was devoted to her family.Surviving Frances are her four children, James K. Ramsden, Kevin B. (Mary) Ramsden, Nancy Ramsden Owen and Laurel J. Wahl; grandchildren, Erin King, Colleen Crisp, Meghan Hansen, and Samantha Owen; great-grandchildren, Avery Ramsden, Marissa Ramsden, Molly Ramsden, Violet Hansen, Grace King, Logan King, Madison Swanson, and Alice Farriols.Frances was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Kenneth; grandsons, Arick Scott Ramsden and Adam Kenneth Little; her brother, Edward Secker and sister, Joanne Secker.Cremation was chosen with a memorial service to be held at a later date.
