Gerald Eugene Brown, 79, of Bedford, passed away on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at his residence. Born August 1, 1944, he was the son of Timothy A. and Renia M. (Staggs) Brown. He married Analyn Abella, and she survives.Gerald was a graduate of the Tunnelton High School and was a member of the Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. He retired as an electrician with the IBEW of Evansville.Surviving to cherish the memory of Gerald is his wife, Analyn; his daughters, Marisol Brown and Rocio Brown Jimenez; sons, Gerald Brown, Jr and Lee Gerald Brown; granddaughters, Micayla Roe, Cecilia Roe and Cielito Bern; great grandchildren, Caden Bern, Birdie Bern and Mercy Bern; brothers, Larry Brown, Bob Brown and Danny Brown; and his sister, Alice Brown. Gerald was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Alva Brown and Timothy Brown; and three sisters, Susie "Brown" Speer, Mary "Cricket" Estrada and Helen Speer.The family has chosen cremation for Gerald with no services at this time.
