John David Dixon, 69, of Bedford, passed away Saturday, January 15, 2022, at his residence. He was born May 19, 1952, in Bedford, to John M. and Marilyn Jean Craig Dixon. John David held a bachelors degree in Education from Indiana State University and worked at Wendys. He would have celebrated his 25th anniversary at Wendy's on April 29th. He was a member of Donica Church of God. Surviving John David is his brother, Jack (Ronda) Dixon; cousins, Joe Craig, Cindy Wueath, Laura Smith and Carol Johnson. Preceding John David in death were his parents.Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m., Friday, January 21, 2022, at the Ferguson-Lee Chapel of Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes in Bedford. Burial will follow at Hopkins Cemetery in Needmore. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service, also at Ferguson-Lee Chapel.
