Melissa Sue Robbins McCluskey, 36, of Bedford, passed away on April 4, 2022. Born November 23, 1985 in Paoli, she was the daughter of Gary Gore and Cora (Cooney) Miller. She married Joey McCluskey on August 8, 2020, and he survives.Melissa worked at Dollar General and had attended Bedford-North Lawrence High School. Surviving to cherish the memory of Melissa is her husband, Joey; her mother, Cora (Richard) Miller; her father, Gary Gore; Sons, Justice and Tyler Kruchten; siblings, Chris Cox, Michael Coulter, Jennifer Coulter, Julia (Brandon) Shoults, Jon (Ashley) Miller; stepchildren, Joseph and Elizabeth McCluskey; her paternal grandmother, Betty Gore; her maternal grandmother, Ruby Mesarosh; along with several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Melissa was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather and an uncle. Visitation for Melissa Sue Robbins McCluskey will be held from 10:00-12:00am on Tuesday April 12, 2022 at the Ferguson-Lee Chapel of Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes in Bedford. Cremation will follow with burial at a later date in Lawrenceport Cemetery.
