Robin Lee Mikels, 60, of Mitchell passed away on Friday, February 28, 2020 at Franciscan Health Hospital in Indianapolis.Born October 16, 1959 in Bedford, she was the daughter of Claude and Leora (Stancombe) Parker.Robin was a certified nurses aide at Westview before she became disabled. Robin enjoyed puzzles, being outdoors, and cooking when she could. Surviving are son, Jeremy (Kelsey) Mikels; daughter, Crystal (Ernest) Randolph; nine grandchildren; one brother, Donald (Jennifer) Parker; two sister, Candy (Chris) Hughes and Penny Taylor; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.She was preceded in death by her parents.Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at Ferguson-Lee Chapel of Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes with Darin May officiating.Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of service on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at the funeral home.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ferguson-Lee Chapel at www.fergusonlee.com/payments-and-donations/ to assist the family with funeral expenses.
