Ruby E. Tomblinson, 88, of Bedford, formerly of Mesa, Arizona, passed away on December 17, 2021, at her residence. She was born March 27, 1933, in Pikeville, Kentucky, to Leonard Ramey and Eva (Case) Ramey.Ruby was a Head Start Teacher and factory worker. She was of the Baptist faith. Surviving Ruby are two sons, Darryl Hall and Kelly Reed; three daughters, Lisa Hall, Suzanne (Gary) Orr and Teresa Reed; eight grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Preceding Ruby in death were her parents; one son, Devan Hall; and two brothers, Leonard and Loranzie.Cremation was chosen and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
