Includes: Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff, Transport From Place of Death to Funeral Home Within 25 Miles*, Transport From Funeral Home to Crematory*, Cremation Fee, Death Notice with Picture on our website, Holding of Deceased for up to 48 Hours**.
*For transportation over 25 miles there will be an additional charge of $3.00 per mile one way from funeral home to the location.
**Holding of the deceased over 48 hours for any reason will require refrigeration and/or storage fees to be paid additionally.
Restrictions That Apply: Total must be paid in full day of arrangements and prior to the releasing of the death notice. Must be paid with cash or check. No Credit or Debit Cards and no insurance can be used for payment. Absolutely no modifications can be made to the services offered with this package. Death Certificates to be obtained by family. The party responsible must provide or purchase from funeral home a suitable container for cremation and an adequate urn for remains. Death notice to only include name, residence city, date of birth and death. No other information to be included. No memorial service or burial service of any type may be performed with the remains present. Prices subject to change without notice or obligation. This package is only available for a limited time. Restrictions That Apply: Day of service to be a normal weekday and times will be 9:00am Private Visitation, 9:30-11:00am Public Visitation, 11:00am Funeral Service. Service must end and building cleared by 12:00noon. The day of the service will be determined by the funeral home. Vault Service Fee Must Be Paid in addition to the price. No Grass, Tent or Chairs. Death Certificates to be obtained by family. Total must be paid in full prior to any services being scheduled and the releasing of the obituary and it must be paid with cash or check.
